Advanced Booking Terms and Conditions

1. The Book In Advance and Save 15% and Get Wyndham Rewards Bonus Points Offer (“Offer”) is available to Wyndham Rewards Members at participating Baymont Inn & Suites®, Days Inn®, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham®, Howard Johnson®, Knights Inn®, Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham®, Ramada®, Super 8®, Travelodge® (North America only), TRYP by Wyndham®, Wingate by Wyndham® and Wyndham® Hotels & Resorts hotels for reservations booked between May 10, 2014 and December 31, 2016 (“Offer Period”).

2. Reservation must be booked 7 days in advance of arrival (all EMEA hotels) or 21 days in advance of arrival date, depending on brand, with travel completed on or before December 31, 2016.

3. Offer applies to new bookings only and is not available retrospectively; not applicable to group bookings.

4. Reservation must be pre-paid with a valid credit card and is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

5. In the event of cancellation or modification, guest will forfeit total room charge plus taxes for the entire reservation. Savings will vary by brand and are discounted from property’s Best Available Rate excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, room service, meals, telephone charges, mini bar, parking, gratuities, etc., or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed, all of which must be paid directly at the hotel, if applicable.

6. Rooms at the discount are limited and subject to availability. Blackout dates, room type exclusions, and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer is valid only on bookings made through our brand websites, call centres and overseas travel agents only and will not apply to bookings made through online booking sites such as expedia and

8. U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be automatically enrolled in the Wyndham Rewards Program upon completion of reservation; to void enrollment and award of Bonus Points, call Wyndham Rewards member services at 1-866-996-7937.

9. Non-U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be provided an option to enroll in the Wyndham Rewards Program at time of reservation to receive Bonus Points. Bookings made through online travel agents or other third parties are not eligible for Wyndham Rewards points.

10. Members should allow six to eight weeks after completion of the stay for points to be credited to their account.

11. One stay includes all consecutive nights at the same hotel regardless of check-ins or check-outs.

12. Wyndham Rewards Members who have elected to earn airline miles or rail points rather than Wyndham Rewards points will receive their base earning in airline miles or rail points and will receive the 500 Bonus Points in Wyndham Rewards points.

13. The Offer and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time. Any cancellation or change will not affect any bookings already made when such cancellation or change occurs.
